Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs may apply, and will be added at checkout. We offer a flat rate of $10 for orders from the US and Canada, and $15 for orders shipped to other locations. Orders over $50 ship for free worldwide. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
We aim to process and ship orders within 1-5 business days. Orders are usually delivered within 2-3 weeks for orders within Canada. However, due to high demand of some of our most popular products, please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery. Please also consider any holidays that might impact delivery times.
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. We use Canada Post and ChitChats Canada to ship all Canadian orders, and DHL and UPS to ship international orders.

We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Please notify us at support@drpenofficial.shop if you would like us to change/cancel your order. Cancellations can only be guaranteed if made within 3 hours of placing your order. If your order has already been processed by our warehouse, changes to your order are no longer possible. However, you can always return your product to us after your receive it.
Sometimes our system does not send out the automatic coupon code email due to high traffic. Please email us at support@drpenofficial.shop and we will send you the coupon code. If you have already placed an order but would like to apply the discount, we will refund you the discount percentage.
