    Product is as described, however it took 2 days short of 3 months to arrive. Seller was quick to reply to messages around the 3 month mark and were accommodating when I requested an extension for product protection. I plugged it in and it turns on.     I placed my order on 6/15 and it arrived on 7/20.I have had treatments with derma pens in cosmetic surgery and this product is very similar to that.I think it's a great product for self-care. Depending on the needle, some of the pistons don't operate properly, but they move when they touch the skin, so that's a good thing.I contacted the sailor because I couldn't track it along the way and their response has been great.
