This item is just like described.. They send me wrong plug in but after contacting the seller they shipped me new correct US plug in... it arrived quickly. The pen works well... it’s the same like the one you can get in the store just half the price. Honest seller... I recommend this store and I’ll be back for more needle cartridges

Super fast shipping, works perfect, later when I take it I will put additional and comparative comments with the A1 as to functionality. I really liked this plasma pen. I 've had good results.
